Send a file to another computer

I am looking for a freeware program or some way of having a single
file sent
to another email whenever another remote computer is on the internet.
I don't need a keylogger. Maybe there's a script I can write.

I use two programs to do this.
One detects a connection to the internet ( it's on another computer,
so can't recall the name off the top of my head ), and having done so
issues a command to start a command line emailer ( The Blat ).

In my case, The Blat sends a mail to a address that has SMS
notification.
You can configure The Blat to send just about anything.

Work a treat, and silently too.

or you can open a spymac email account just for file transfers
drop your file at some folder on your spymac account
and tell your friend to download it giving to him your user name and
your password for your spymac account

I tried it and it brings up my dialer window and it had a winsock
error when attempting to send a file.

You missed one called dodgeit.com. Here's a recent reprint from Bobby
in ACF:

"I use this web based anonymous email. Make up any account
and then check it for your mail. Sample would be (e-mail address removed)
or (e-mail address removed) . Off course any one else could be using the same
address. http://www.dodgeit.com/, freeweb based email account."

Check the website for size and storage expiration limitations. But
this is the most hassle-free file transfer I've ever seen.
