Sell Trng CD's to bank chains, by PPT 2003, pack and go. Comments?

I would like to create training CD's using PPt 2003 pack and go and market them to bank chains to add a product to my companies list. Will it work, can it be made with even simple videos and run on most computers? Would you use something other than PPT to create the same look and feel but have more likely compatability? Comments? Good idea?
 
If your requirements are simple, PowerPoint can certainly be used.

On the other hand, PowerPoint is not the tool for training CDs - specific
tools include Authorware and Director from Macromedia, Illuminatus Opus from
Digital Workshop, Dazzler, etc.
