Self Power On After Plugging

Hi friends
After outage of power and connecting it again, my computer turns on
without pushing its "power on" button. so whats the problem? is it in
"power supply" or mainboard or a setting in Setup program should be
changed?
Ill be very happy to read discussions about it.

This sounds like the option to turn the computer back on
after a power failure. This setting is made in the bios
setup, before Windows XP even loads. The alternate setting
is to leave the computer off until powered on via the button.
What's your preference? The typical setting for a non-server
is to leave the power off until manually turned on.
