Using XP Home, is there any way I can disable the shared
internet connection to 1 computer on a network only,
leaving all others on the LAN free to use the connection.

I'm sorry, but ICS doesn't have the ability to lock out a computer.

A possible solution is to manually assign the TCP/IP properties to all
of the client computers. Give each one a unique IP address in the
specified range:

IP Address: 192.168.0.x (1<x<255)
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1
DNS Server = 192.168.0.1

On the selected computer, don't assign the Default Gateway. It will
be able to access the local area network but not the Internet.
