MY wife and I share an e-mail address and both check it from outlook. I
would like to have the option to set a rule that will download the e-mail to
my system and remove it from the server. My friends names to me and Her
friends name to her.
Is this possible.

Does anyone know a work around ? besides 2 e-mail accounts. We have used
this account for years and now because of the stuff we do it's becomming a
problem.

maybe an options to download all and forward to different e-mail account.
Does something like this seem practical / possible ?

if you can identify the mail intended for her, forwarding will work. or set
outlook to leave mail on the server and both of you download from it.

we have been leaving it on server but then it fills and we have to go and
delete from there and you have to know what she has read and wants to keep
and same with me. The rules work slick in sorting and filtering. Look like
forwarding will be the answer.

Thanks for your replys

Funnily enough I've just posted a similar question (before finding this
answer).

This is really annoying. I have just "upgraded" (I use the term loosely
obviously) to Outlook from Outlook Express, and now I'm going to have to
revert to Express because this feature isn't supported. Why are useful
features taken out? Grrrr.

Outlook is not an "upgrade" to OE - they are two very separate programs,
written by different program groups. Use the one that meets *your* needs the
best.
