i have several contact files; when sending a email you can select a contact out of one of your contactfiles. how can you make the system choose a specific contact file
Please provide more detail on what you mean. Post your Outlook version and
what you mean by "make the system choose a Contact File." Do you mean a
Contact Folder? If so, at what point in the message creation are you trying
to select that Folder? List the steps if you're not sure.
