Brandon R.
I can now see clearly enough to post this message, after
hours of bashing my head on my monitor.
My question is:
I want to have a search form that will allow me to search
a table for like records, then select the record I want
and import that records field values into another form.
For example:
I have a table of hospitals with hospital names. I would
like a form with 2 fields, the hospital number and
hospital name. The user would be able to enter whatever
string they want (i.e. "general"). The form would return:
1002 Mercy General
2480 Sutter General
etc.
Then the user could select 1002 Mercy General and input
that data (or even just the #) into a control on another
form.
Is this possible in Access 2000?
Thank you in advance,
Brandon R.
