Selecting Records From On A Continuous Form

Hi there hope you can help, I have a form thats contains 65 questions
but with the ability to enter more. I would like the ability to only
pick questions that have been selected by a tick in a check box and
then then copyied to another form so the answers can be entered in.

Hope you understand as I have had no joy what so ever

The form itself is almost totally irrelevant here; it's just a window,
a tool to edit data stored in your tables. What is the structure of
your Tables? Is there a yes/no field in the table to indicate that a
question has been selected? Where are you storing the answers?
