I am keeping a note of some stocks and shares of 25 different companie
on the stock market. I have made a list of each day's finishing price
Each day I add to the bottom of each list the current day's price (th
list is now some 65 lines (or rows down the spreadsheet) .
I also have a small analysis area in another part of the spreadsheet
showing the each company's highest and lowest share price and th
current (today's) price.
MY PROBLEM IS: How do I make a formula that will automatically copy (o
look at) the last value in each list. At the moment I have "stacked"
IF statements which works fine for five days - then I have to spend a
hour or more changing the statement for the next 5 lines further dow
the page.
I feel there must be a simple way, it seems so obvious, but I can'
work it out.
Any help appreciated. Many thanks
