In previous versions of Outlook you could select individuals to send an email to from a defined distribution list. For example: There are 35 people in a distribution list, but I only want to send it to 15 of them and don't want to have to add them all individually to my contacts folder or type all the names in manually. What happened to this function???!!!!!

I am running Outlook 2002 SP1.

No version of Outlook has ever had this feature until the newly released
Outlook 2003.

I don't understand - I've used it before hundreds of times. It was a back door way of doing it, but it was possible

Actually, I think that it was possible to copy members from the details of a DL and paste into a message back in OL98 or was it OL2000?
