Please forgive me if this has been asked before.

I have a legal document template that contains paragraphs that I would
like to select which to include or not include in the document when I
open the template to create a new document. I have not been able to
figuer out how to do this in Microsoft Word.

Any ideas?

Thanks, John

Hi John

There are probably several ways to set this up, depending on the
complexity of the choices to be made. Post back and let us know what
version of Word you're using, and how you imagine it would work from the
user's point of view (ie what would the user see, what would the user
do?).

There may also be off-the-shelf products available if you don't want to
develop it yourself, or don't want to get someone to develop it for you.
While it may not be exactly what you're looking for, try the products at
www.wordsite.com, produced by MVP Bill Coan.

Hope this helps.
