Simple (but frustrating) problem for Excel-2000:
When adding a series to a xy-scatter or column chart, the
only way to select a new data range (x or y values is by
dragging the mouse. Previous versions of Excel (i.e.
Office 97) allowed me to click a single cell and use the
Shift+Ctrl+arrow command to select an entire range. Very
convienent feature when plotting thousands of lines of
data.
Problem only occurs when adding Source Data to an existing
plot, not in the initial Chart Wizzard setup.
Not sure if this feature was taken out of Excel 2000 or if
there is some command/option which I have disabled/enabled.
Any info is appreciated.
