Selecting an Enterprise installation app for PocketPC

I need a product that can install software on to devices. I have 400
devices, and I would like to be able to specify an installation for all
the devices, so the next time they connect to the software update
server, it gives them the newest version.

I have used a product named iAnywhere's Afaria to distribute a PDA .NET
Compact Framework application to 800 end users. Here's a link.

It would be enought to create a cab file on a website and then with the PDA
to point the address and it will download and install the cab on the device.
