select names in outlook. defaults to address book and not to conta

When i send an e-mail and I am clicking on the "TO" button, the select names
windows that opens, is defaulting to the outlook address book. I want it to
default to my contact list. How do i change this default setting???
 
It would be easy to tell you how if you had posted your Outlook version.
