What application are you running?
What kind of computer?
What is your OS?
What happened just before this occurred?
What applications are you running that use OBDC Drivers?

Please give more details.

Also, please avoid using all caps when posting. It is considered rude.

Thanks, Pete. We think this has been resolved. There is
something wrong in our application. Someone wrote aVB
script and opened a connection but did not close it.

The error message are all in capital letters. I just
copied the original error message.

Thanks again for your time and reply.
