In my Word 2003 document, I have several custom styles, each used in several
places. In the Styles & Formatting task pane, the "Select All" button is
grayed out. Also, in the drop-down list under "formatting of selected text"
there is a grayed out phrase that says: "Select All: Not Currently Used."
Does anyone know how to make the select all feature work? Thanks,

Ross Payne

You need to turn on "Keep track of formatting" under Tools | Options | Edit.
