B Bernard Liengme Jan 26, 2010 #2 Click on the top of the column Hold SHIFT while tapping first END then DOWN Arrow; Delete If it is a range: Click top left cell, hold SHIFT then End then RIGHT arrow; End again and DOWN arrow; Delete If the range has spaces all around it: click anywhere in the range; CTRL+A will select the Current Range; press Delete best wishes
