OK, I think I figured it out.
BUT, now there is no way I can have video appear on the screen. Its
amazing... Two monites ago everything was fine, when I'm in the main
screen and I see the time line, I was able to see screen thumbnails,
now I see nothing.
Nothing.
Absolutly nothing. When I play the video from within Movie maker -
nothing.
I hear the sound, but no video. I rebooted, screwed around with every
setting I can find, tried different files, - nothing. no video.
WIndows movie maker might as well be renamed Windows audio maker
because video is for jerks.
================================
Maybe you need more RAM...2 GB or more
is not a bad idea when working with video.
A system usually performs best when the
hard drive is at least 50% free space.
Disconnecting from the net, and closing
other programs...especially virus scanners
can help. And don't multi-task...even playing
Solitaire can waste the resources you need
for working with video.
Increasing the size of your Virtual Memory
Paging File may help...read the following
