I've been ahvning problems with my Business Contact Manager and it seems that
the only response that anyone gets is to un-install it! This doesn't sound
right, isn't there anyone here with the technical know-how to explalin how to
re-install BCM so that it will work with Outlook like it was advertised to do?

To re-install BCM uninstall it using the Control Panel Add/Remove
applet, and then run setup again.

I un-installed and re-installed.

The OUTLOOK crash still ocurred.

One more time, un-install and re-install. It created a new database, and I
lost all my BCM Contact and Opportunity data!

Then, IE stopped working, and had to re-install that!

I'm going to try to re-install BCM one more time just to get my data out!

Is there any solution yet to the crashes?
