Well is working here, this is what found last week:

Potentially Unwanted Software
Description:
This program has potentially unwanted behavior.
Advice:
Review the alert details to see why the software was detected. If you do not
like how the software operates or if you do not recognize and trust the
publisher, consider blocking or removing the software.

Well, it's good at detecting AOL's ATWPKT2 driver. Does anyone know if the
behaviour of the driver truly is 'unwanted', and if so, why? Or is Defender
simply misinterpreting something?
I don't use AOL, so I don't have any opinion.
I quote Old Rebel--a regular contributor here:
I wouldn't block that driver. If you have a dialup AOL connection, it can
interfere with AOL ACS and mess you up. Just go into Defenders Tools>general
settings and uncheck notify when changes are made by allowed software. Then
you won't get that alert from Defender.
Old Rebel: Old, but not too old to learn new tricks!
Nice to have a second opinion - thanks Engel. Actually I didn't know it was
happening for several days, because Defender was just quietly recording
alerts in 'History' and then allowing it. It's not an issue now, because I
don't have Real Time Protection running.
