seemingly random windows/dialog boxes pops up

Some dialog boxes (usually the "Run", Start Menu and
Taskbar Properties, Display Properties, and C:\Documents
and Settings\All Users\Start Menu folder) just pops up
without being clicked. There doesn't seem to be a regular
pattern on when they will all pop out except Microsoft
Word was being used in all instances that it happened.

It's hard to "re-create" the incident and it seems to be
random except for Word being used when they happen.

Anyone had this happen to them?

It's possible you have keyboard problems. The windows key may be sticky.

Win Key Shortcuts:

Win-D Show desktop
Win-e windows Explorer
Win-f find
Win-M minimize
Win-R Run dialog
Win-U Utility manager
Win-Pause System properites
