Seeking Download Manager Integrated with Property Fields (Comments, Category, ...)?

I'm looking for new download manager recommendation. Which one(s) take
advantage of the Category, Keywords, Comments, etc., property fields to
store download metadata?

I assume that all download managers will include basics like scheduling
and restart. I'm more interested in documenting and managing the
downloads -- especially (semi-)automatically downloading updates when
available.
