I wish there was software that I could program to
detect/highlight/pretag useful info in email, web sites, text files..
For example, email addresses, addresses, titles, phone numbers, and
somehow taggable quantities (eg: anything with a $ before it,
thousand, million, billion after it, AM/PM, dates, anything with the
word "tons" after it, any accounting or engineering quantity which I
would want to use as a specialised CUSTOM field). Then I would right
click the quantity in question and it would try to guess where I want
to stick it, but also let me chose otherwise. I would save an hour a
day if this existed. I wish, I wish, I wish. I'm pretty broke but I'd
scrounge up $250 for something like this if it was available.

Three words "Smart Tag Programming."

That will be $250, please.
