Hello,
I have three networks connected together by routers via T-1's. I am able to see all of my computers at all locations from any computer. However, I have two new laptops with Windows XP proffessional. With those two laptop I can not see computers on the network neighborhood at my other locations. I have installed NetBeui and Netbios, on one of them and I still can not see any of my other branch computers via network neighborhood. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I have simular problem with my XP Pro laptop accessing
shared files on 2K Pro desktop. Have you disabled the
firewall?

NetBIOS/NETBUI is not routable over subnets. You would need WINS with
subnet replication to do this.

Alternatively you can modify your LHMOST file to load remote resources using
the #PRE cache tag.

e.g.

124.98.141.2 DC-01 #PRE #DOM:DOMAIN1

Thanks, Paul,

My two PC are in same subnet. Then what should I do in
order to access shared file and printer on each other?

Regards,

Ron
