Another quick question for you gurus. I'm not the Exchange Admin but have
been told this can't be done, but it doesn't strike me as likely:
We have several meeting rooms set up as resources, and they are often booked
back-to-back-to-back throughout the day. Often, there ends up being a
contentious discussion between staff over who had which room booked when. I
would like to be able to pull up a room's calendar to see who has it booked
when. I thought this should be able to be done simply by adding everyone as
a delegate to the room with "view" permissions, and that this would be
treated seperately from the resource-scheduling "author" permissions. And if
this is done, would 'private' appointments still be blocked like they are for
regular delegates?
Does this make any sense? In a nutshell, is there any way to make a
resource's schedule viewable to everyone?
