seeing pictures in email

I am using Vista, and Windows Mail. Most emails have a bar at the top "Some
pictures have been blocked to help prevent the sender from identifying your
computer. Click here to download pictures".
I generally click anyway, as the emails are from reputable sources. How do I
make this bar disappear, and allow pictures to download automatically?
