Seeing pictures in any view but especially tables and forms views

Can someone PLEASE help me! I haven't used access in over
2 years and am trying to remember how to insert a
thumbnail in to my tables and forms. I have the columns
set to OLE object, but when I try and inset my pictures,
all I get is the jpeg link (to my file). Please, please,
please help before I completely loose my mind! Thank you!
