seeing picture problem

Every time I get on the internet I can not see any pictures. For enstiance
when I go to My-space I can not see any pictres in any one's profile or mine.
everything is a big square with a red X in the top left corner. Any one know
how to fix my windows. I use to be able to see it all until my little one
restored my computer.. How he did that I have no clue.
