seeing my pictures

I can save pictures in my pictures,I cannot view them.
NO SUITABLE GRAPHICS IMPORTER FOUND.SO,I downloaded
QUICKTIME , SAME RESULTS.However,AOL's picture viewer
works perfectly.I want to be able to view my pictures off
line.Windows xp picture viewer will not open pictures.NO
SUITABLE GRAPHICS IMPORTERS FOUND.Please Help.
