Seeing filenames of photos during slide show

While viewing a slide show in the My Pictures folder, is
there an option to show the file names of photos? Display
Properties'Screen Saver settings has the option to show
file names but I can't find this option for the My
Pictures slide show. Thanks in advance for any reply!

I don't think that's possible in the Windows Picture and
Fax Viewer Slide Show.

If you download and install the freeware IrfanView...you
can run a slide show that shows the file names.
