i have a vista computer with bullguard pre installed.Whenever i star
up,a balloon at the bottom of the screen tells me defender is out o
date.However,it has always been impossible to update this or indee
download any windows updates since i bought the computer new a fe
months ago.Any advice appreciated

when i click on updates on control panel,the loading bar has a gree
colour that just flows from left to right for as long as the compute
is on,acheiving nothing.it even tells me i have never checked fo
updates.Obviously,vista is a con.Games wont download,you cant remov
desktop iconsor games
 
More information is needed.When you clicked on `Windows Update` in the
control Panel,there will be an option given in the left pane reading `check
for updates`.cLICK THAT.
Why games do not download/un-install?Which games were you trying to download
or remove and how?
One can certainly remove desk-top icons.
