When I open windows mail, the login screen appears but also all of my
e-mail's show on a second screen. I can close the login screen and go
straight to the message screen. Unfortunately everyone on my computer can
read my e-mail. How do I set this up so that only the login screen appears
and then after logging in it will show the message screen.

Help,

Paul

If you need protection for your email program, that implies you
are allowing an untrustworthy person to use your computer while
it is logged in to your Windows user profile. Even if you could
protect your email program, that person would still have full access
to your private Documents and Pictures folders. Also, a savvy person
would know that emails are simple text files, so even if the email
program is protected by a password, it doesn't protect the emails.

If you want real privacy, make sure each user has their own Windows
login. Then when you are done using the computer, log out of
your Windows profile.
