Okay....I created 4 Dbs and they are linked by a main table. Each DB has a
separate password and I changed the start-up menu on three of the DB so the
user only has access to a one form. The problem is I have not finished
creating the DBs and now I cannot access anything but the forms (which of
course is how I designed it). I have tried the holding down the shift key
while opening, but I still cannot access. Please Help.....have to meet
deadline.

Thanks!!

You don't mention disabling the shift-key bypass option, so I'm assuming
that you haven't? In that case, are you remembering to hold down the shift
key again *after* you type the password? In other words, hold down the shift
key, double-click the MDB file to open it, when prompted for the password,
let go of the shift key, type the password but do not press Enter, hold down
the shift key again and then press Enter.

I'm not actually certain whether you need to hold down the shift key
*before* you enter the password, but I do know for certain that you have to
hold it down *after* you enter the password.
