If the user copy files from harddrive to floppy in XP, can administrator
check which files the user copy out. I want to know how to prevent user copy
files out or know if user copy files out
1.) by floppy or dvdr
2.) internet

You can prevent all limited /other users to copy whatever they want if you
make all YOUR files and folders private. So that they will be able to copy
their files only ( I mean files that they have downloaded or copied to the
PC) !

How to make files/folders private :
1.When creating an account ,set the account password and then Windows should
ask you if you would like to make all your files private, click YES

or
2.Right click on the file/folder you wanna make private -Properties -Sharing
and check Make this file/folder private

Software Publisher's Description
SMB File Sniffer allows you to: log SMB file operations with two levels of
logging; intercept files transmitted within a LAN by SMB protocol (Windows
and non-Windows servers are supported); select one of the network adapters,
installed on your system, to log the packet stream of this certain adapter;
collect the statistics of the lost packets on the following levels: network
adapter, NIS internal driver, and application level.

Also, there are some other SMB manipulation SW available.
