I have spent a month writting a PM system program for our maintenance
department at work on my own time in access 2002. I would like to sell
this program to them.

This is my question?

1. How would I write a code or what ever I needed, to allow them to use
this program for 60 days , then 60 days after installation it woud lock
requiring the use of a one time password to unlock it.

2. Also I would like to find a way to prevent them from installing this
program on another computer by copy and paste.
