Respected Sir/Madam

I have been too many cyber cafe's and seen that the user
have restrictions on many things.
They r anot allowed to change internet options,
View the hidden hard disk drives and folders.
They cant save to an particular folder or drive.
I want ot know that how can i do the same on my own
computer which runs on Windows Xp Prof.
I dont want others to see what i want them not to access.

Please help me .
How is this possible.
With internal functions or nay third party software?

To block specified drive letters:

Prevent Access to the Contents of Selected Drives

It is the same as this Group Policy setting:

Prevent access to drives from My Computer
(User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows
Explorer)
