After deleting a profile(user) i no longer have access to
outlook email folders ett. is there any way to restore the
user and get my folders and emails back

When you delete a user the user's profile is not automatically deleted so you
probably can still recover your files. Profiles are located under the document and
settings folder in a folder that has the users logon name. You should be able to
import your emails into another user account and find your files in the profile
folder, probably in my documents however you may need to take ownership if you are
denied access. --- Steve
