Security update

I keep getting a "Security Update" download from
Microsoft. It seems authentic, but may be a hoax with a
weird virus. After "updating", my mailbox start filling
up with "undeliverable message" e-mails from everywhere.

The Microsoft screen contains all the legal contact links
for Microsoft. Does anybody know what's going on?

do a update today....microsoft released 2 updates friday.

use your Help & Support Center update feature today
 
It is a viral e-mail that your getting. If you've updated
already, find out how to disinfect, I cant help you
there, but I am pretty sure it is a virus, I get the
same "Security Updates" in my old e-mail account.
