security update

I keep getting this msg about a cumulative security update everytime i start
my pc, even though i download and install that particular everytime. Is there
an error with installation here, even though i am getting no error msg ? How
do i correct this situation ?

Open the IE, go to Tools->Windows Update

Then wait, then click Express button, and wait....

If you have all good updates, then you should see
0 MB or KB download size.

You can also click the "Review your update history"
link see if you have all good updates or not.
It will show you all success updates, failure updates.
