Security Update KB828741 Install Problems

Having a problem with Windows Update installing KB828741,
keep trying and failing. Tried rebooting and still
nothing. Any suggestions?

Hi ,

It seems that you are unable to download Cumulative Update for Microsoft
RPC/DCOM...dont worry there is a solution for that...
I am providing a link ...visit that webpage and click on the link given in
that website...and download the file which is for win xp
