Security Update for Office 2003 KB972580 will not install

My latest security update for Office 2003 will not install. It downloads but
fails to install.
 
Lawman,

You have posted to the Microsoft Access newsgroup... Scroll a wee bit
further down to the Office newsgroup and repost your question there. It
might also help to include Windows version, error message, if there is one
and which update you are trying to install.
