security update for internet explorer (kB938127)

this update doesn't seem to want to download. i received the following error
code (0x8007F0F1). not sure if i did something that may have caused the
problem. any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Nass. This part was helpful. Do you know if they'll correct this in
the future? It's been so long since I installed the SP3 and especially IE7,
I'm not sure how it would affect the system to try and uninstall either of
these.
