Security templates for local machines

Hello all,

I am an admin for a medium-sized high school. We currently have 3 labs
consisting of approx 30 computers each, as well as the library. I would
like to create a batch program that will create a user named "student" and
then import and apply a group policy to the Users group that would have
certain aspects of the OS locked down. I can create the user accounts just
fine using the net user command. My question is, how would I export the
security policy I have created and apply to just the Users group on a local
machine? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
