I am trying to connect a Windows 2000 pc to my printer over a workgroup but get access denied. Windows help tells me to go to the security tab in the printers and faxes properties and set the permissions. I don't have a security tab. How do I get the security tab to show up and/or how do I connect the Windows 2000 PC to my XP Pro PC?

Turn off Simple Sharing. Isn't that Simple? I think you may need to hold
down the shift key when right clicking on Printer / Properties.
