Security Tab is missing

I installed windows xp service pack one with win2000
professional and I have One NTFS partition. Win 2000 can
control the security issues in that partition, but from
win xp I can't see the security tab in the same partition
I don't know why?
Note: I installed the winxp in Fat32 partition and in the
NTFS partition and no change in the status

XP Home only has this in a safe mode boot, and Pro
only when not using Simple sharing mode (base of the
View tab in Folder Options)
