I have Win2k sp3. When I try to copy something out of
C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files I got the message that
"Your current security settings prohibit copying or moving
files from this zone." *What* security settings is this
message referring to, and how is it changed?

Thanks.

If you look at the status bar of explorer you should see it is the 'internet
zone'. There is a setting under Internet Explorer Options | Security | Internet
Zone | Custom Level | Miscellaneous to disable 'drag and drop or copy and paste
files'. Maybe reset it?
