Default Level buttons: If possible, export both these locations and also
send a screenshot so that I understand better.

This does not help. I want to change the security settings, but cannot
access
them due to greyed out settings.

I don't want to remove the security tab. I want to have access to the
custom
settings option.
Thanks for your help so far, but I know how to remove the security tab;
that's not the problem.
