Security Propogation issue

A bunch of new workstations which we recently deployed are getting the
following message in the event log.

"
Security policies are propagated with warning. 0x4b8 : An extended error has
occurred.

For best results in resolving this event, log on with a non-administrative
account and search http://support.microsoft.com for "Troubleshooting Event
1202s".

Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Check %windir%\security\logs\winlogon.log for more information about what
caused the error. If your clients are win2k machines, you need to enable
logging (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;245422).
