Having the most IT experience and being in charge of our
office,I am task to act as the systems administrator.
However, I want to create a folder or file on another PC
on the LAN and everytime I create a file or folder to save
in that PC I get an error "Cannot Access this file, check
security privileges over the network drive" What must I do
to that local computer so I can do everything to it from
another workstation on the LAN?

PC A wants to access a folder on PC B.
User1 is logged into A.

You have to create a User1 on PC B, and give rights to User1 to the
shared folder in question. To avoid getting any password prompts
when connecting to PC B, the user1 account on A & B need to have the
same password.

To assign security rights, run explorer, right click on the folder,
and choose properties. Go to the sharing tab, and click on
Permissions. Add the users you want and give the permissions needed.
Go to the security tab and repeat. (The security tab will appear
only if the shared folder is on a hard drive using the NTFS file
system).
