security policy message .. help not sure what to do

hello,

am trying to access a website and it comes with an 'error':
'access denied by security policy'
'The security policy for your network prevents your request from being
allowed'

Help .. I do not know what to do , is there anything I can change in
settings ?? All other sites are working fine.
